You should order your wedding flowers at least one month in advance, to give the farm time to gather all the resources needed to create your hand-crafted florals.
We recommend choosing a delivery date at least 3 days before your wedding. This will give the flowers time to hydrate and bloom before the Big Day. It also allows a cushion if there are any unexpected weather or mechanical delays with shipping. Don’t worry, your flowers will still be fresh and beautiful for your Big Day!

For the most part, yes! We try our best to recreate the wedding florals you fell in love with from the photos. However, as flowers are a natural product, head size, color shade, and bloom will vary slightly. On a rare instance that a specific flower is out of season or cannot be used, we will thoughtfully select the closest available substitute.
Your wedding flowers will ship fresh from the farm. Pre-assembled bouquets and centerpieces will arrive designed and ready for use. Boutonnieres and corsages will arrive designed and will include a straight pin. Each floral is carefully packed in a specially designed box and kept moist with sponges, water bags, and tubes. We partner with an exclusive “Farm to Door” shipping program that implements unique cold chain procedures. A few days before your scheduled delivery date, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and tracking information. We recommend having someone ready to receive the flowers and process them upon arrival. Keep in mind, we only ship in the continental US and we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Unpack the flowers from the box immediately upon arrival. Unwrap all tissue, sponges, and water tubes. Take note of the labels on each piece. Using floral sheers or scissors, trim each stem on the bouquets and centerpieces. Place directly in water, ensuring ribbons stay above the water level. Be sure to give the boutonnieres and corsages a fresh cut as well, before placing them back into the water tubes or new containers. If a flower or two doesn’t quite look up to standards, simply remove from arrangement. Store in a refrigerator until just before the event.
